Description :

1. Application: motorcycle rim.
2. An introduction with each of the machines for motorcycle rim:
(1) Material feeding frame: the cold rolled steel will be delivered to the production line by this feeding frame first.
(2) Material joint machine: for continuing the supply of materials by feeding frame, the end of first cold rolled steel must be welded to the initial section of second cold rolled steel by this machine.
(3) Material storage frame: for being more sufficient with the supply of materials during the joint welding process, there’VE been some materials stored in this frame already in order to keep the production line running constantly.
(4) Motorcycle rim forming machine: this machine is composed of leveling unit, label printing unit, embossed unit, forming unit (front) and forming unit (rear). This machine shapes up the motorcycle rim.
(5) Twin head seam welding machine: this machine is settled and positioned between front forming machine and rear forming machine, two sets of electrode wheels are assembled along with this machine. after the process of front forming machine, the two ears must be seam-welded by this machine continuously in order to seal it tight.
(6) Automatic rim cutter: after the process of rear forming machine, the rim will be snipped by this machine according to the request of dimension.
(7) Rim correcting machine: after the cutting process, the both incision of the rim must be adjusted by this machine in order to be welded perfectly by flash-welding machine subsequently (this machine is optional!)

Specification :

1. Flash-butt welding machine: It applies to the welding of motorcycle rim after the cutting process by rim cutter. 2. Joint grinding machine: most of the time, the location of welding is full of burrs that must be cleared by this machine. By manual operation, the burrs will be erased by the emery cloth of grinding machine exactly. 3. Joint Polishing machine: after the process of grinding machine, there still might be some slight burrs attached to the surface of rim. The Polishing Machine will sweep all the burrs away! 4. Automatic circle trimming machine: after finishing the above mentioned procedures, the roundness and smoothness of the rim is not reached to qualification but must be trimmed by this machine in order to meet JIS standard. 5. Inspection table: it’s the machine for checking the roundness and smoothness of motorcycle rim whether they are qualified or not. 6. Automatic 3-face rim-polishing machine: before the electroplating of motorcycle rim, the surface of rim (3-face) must be very smooth. There are four procedures divided by this machine, from the rough polishing to the high coordination polishing, it is the full-automatic machine executing the 3-face polishing together. 7. Automatic NC punching machine: it is the full automatic machine controlled and designed by NC system running for the 4 holes punching each time, and make a total of 9 times to accomplish the punching job. 8. Packing machine: the motorcycle rim is automatically packed with the kraft paper by this machine.
