Description :
1. We special designed the round-shape noodle cutter, the noodles make become round shape after across to noodle cutter. Our round-shape noodle cutter to pass through the multi-thermal treatment and the material will become stable. The surface hardness of noodle cutter could reach to over HRC 55o. If the customer has special requirement, the hardness could reach to more over HV1900.
2. Our round-shape noodle cutter has fixative pressure control. No matter the equipment is cool or hot states, it could make the noodle becoming round shape after across to the noodle cutter. Besides, it could protect noodle cutter and then not damage by person.
Specification :
In tradition, noodle cutter is used extruding and implicating to cut noodles. We designed the square-shape noodle cutter that is according to the stress distribution of noodles and designed out the new model cutter. It will reduce the implication to become coarse surface of noodle.
