For clean, quick and accurate dispensing of recipes, with minimal maintenance The New CADS MG range of dispensing combines the already proven technology of existing tubed dispensers, with a new operational method of dispensing directly from the dye solution bottles into the recipe dye-pots. Combining these two technologies into one system ensures the fastest possible speed of dispense for stable dye solutions, using traditional tubed dispense valves, but at the same time reduces the amount of maintenance and cleaning required for difficult dye solutions, through the use of tubeless dispense valves.

Features :

Due to an intelligent system design and sophisticated control software, dye solutions from both types of valves can be dispensed at the time, therefore increasing the overall speed of dispense. Each model of dispenser has 12 dispense positions as standard, or can be used in conjunction with an optional conveyer system. This allows automatic feeding of up to 100 dye-pots, without the need for operator intervention, producing an even higher throughput.

Based on a modular design concept, a wide range of differing combinations and machine sizes are available, which cover all possible requirements.
