1. HEM-1 is an occupancy-oriented HVAC energy management system specially designed for lodging industry. By utilizing an advanced occupancy sensing technology, this system is able to control the guestroom HVAC operation according to the occupancy status.
2. An advanced microprocessor and sophisticated logic control software enable the system to smartly verify the occupancy status of the room. When guestroom is physically occupied, the system gives the HVAC control to the hotel guest. After the room is vacant, the HEM system will control the HVAC operation as set.
3. The HEM-1 system ensures no compromise in guest comfort level, while creating significant energy saving to the hotel management.
