Purpose:
Suitable for the manufacture of bearings, shafts, columns, straight line guide bars, slide bars, automatic machines, injection moulding machines and the axis of fixed mechanical columns, etc, esp. the manufacture of bearings.

Specification :

1. Material: JIS(S55C), SAE1055, DIN CK55 high carbon steel is treated with high frequency treating technique and precise center less grinding technique successively, and then is chrome-plated. The hardened layer is about 2 mm deep from the surface of shaft. The impact proof performance of the material is improved, and the material is attrition proof and corrosion proof as well. In addition, the surface hardness of the material after treatment is good, and is comparable to that of SUJ-2 bearing steel, yet the cost of the material is much cheaper. The accuracy of treatment conforms with international standards. 2. Optional product: high frequency ground high carbon steel bars. 3. Surface Hardness: HV 800(minimum) up. 4. Hard chrome thickness: 20 micron. 5. Case depth: 1.5mm ~ 2.5mm. 6. Induction hardness: HRC 62 ± 2. 7. Surface roughness: Ry 0.6~1.4s Ra, 0.2μm~0.4μm. 8. External diameter accuracy: h7, h8, f8, g6.
