We have various alloys--all are CADMIUM FREE and RoHS compliant and under ISO: 9001/14001 certifications. We also boast the ability to produce super fine tinsel down to the 0.1mm single end. Our tinsel is especially suited for the speaker, medical, automotive, and 3C industries.
2. We offer several material and construction options. Tinsels have pre-cut and tinned and may also be bare or plated with gold or silver. Constructions may include Wrapping—ribbons spiraled around a textile to make a single-end tinsel strand, Single-stranded—any number of single-end tinsel strands twisted together to form a tinsel conductor (best flex life, softer, and better for shorter excursion designs due to lack of stiffness), Double Stranding—stiff and robust enough for larger devices and drivers with higher excursions, Woven—gives a higher degree of stiffness and facilitates form to desired angle or curve, H2—highest degree of stiffness and provides the best stability, and Flat Wire—ideal for attaching to special designs.
