Description :
1. Agere controller technology design operating system support windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP and windows NT.
2. Support both ITU-T V.92 and V.90 standard, allows data to be received at speeds up to 56 Kbps from a digitally connected central site modem.
Specification :
1. Plug and play: provide user the convenience for setup modem easily.
2. Data, Fax, TAM (telephone answering machine): call discrimination concurrent data, fax, voice auto detection.
3. Date modem: V.92, V.90, V.34bis, V.32 bis, V.32, V.22 bis, V.22 A /B, V.23, V.21, bell 212A and bell 103.
4. Fax modem: ITU-T V.17, V.29, V.27 ter and 21 channel 2. TIA/EIA 578 class 1 FAX send and receive speed rates up to 14.4 kbps.
5. Voice/ audio mode: telephone answering machine (TAM). Include enhanced ADPCM compression / decompression. Tone detection/ generation and call discrimination. Concurrent DTMF detection. TAM through the microphone and speaker interface.
6. Audiospan modes: provide full-duplex analog simultaneous audio/ voice and data over a single telephone line at a data rate with audio of 4800 bps using V.61 modulation.
7. Error correction: support V.42 LAPM, MNP 2-4.
8. Data compression: support V.44, V.42 bis and MNP 5.
9. Dialing typr: tone or pulse dialing.
10. Flow control:
(1) Both transmit and receive fax data are buffered within the modem .
(2) Data transfer to and from the DTE is flow control by XON/XOFF and RTS/CTS.
