Leakage current (MAX): 1≦0.03 CV (After 5 minutes application of reted voltage). 5. Dissipation factor (MAX): (1) Rated voltage: 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 63, 80, 100, 160-250, 315-450. (2) Tanδ: CV≦100,000: 0.50, 0.40, 0.35, 0.25, 0.25, 0.25, 0.20, 0.20, 0.20, 0.25. CV>100,000: 0.60, 0.50, 0.40, 0.35, 0.35, 0.30, 0.30, 0.30, 0.20, 0.25. Shelf Life: (1) After applying no rated voltage for 1000hrs at 105℃ , pre-treatment for measurements shall be conducted after application of DC rated voltage for 60 minutes (Reference Standard JIS C5102 4.4). The capacitors shall meet the following requirement. (2) Capacitance change: Within ±20% of the initial value. (3) Dissipation factor: not more than 200% of the specified value. (4) Leakage current: not more than the specified value. 8. Surge Voltage: (1) Rated voltage: 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 63, 80, 100, 160, 180, 200, 250, 315, 350, 400, 450.
