Description :
Carry the engine motive energy directly to crank, attaining high level performance. Connecting rods must be light and yet strong enough to transmit the thrust of the pistons to the crankshaff. Connecting rods are drop forged from a steel alloy capable of withstanding heavy loads without bending or twisting. Holes at the upper and lower ends are machined to permit accurate fitting of bearings. These holes must be parallel.
Specification :
Heat treatment of connecting rod: 1. Surface: HRC 59~63. 2. Material inner: HRC 28~35. 3. Carbonization depth: 0.8~1.2 mm. 4. We can produce any sizes and styles as your requests, welcome OEM & ODM. 5. Connecting rod + crank pin + needle bearings.
