This method is very different from traditional post sterilization production lines. Pre-sterilization prevents the functional ingredients of finished products from being influenced by prolonged sterilization. This fluid production line ensures product safety with GMP compliance through the whole plant, and streamlined operations of our 3-in-1 rotary bottle filling machine (bottle rinsing, filling, capping). The labeling machine applies labels quickly and accurately. The bottle cap disinfecting machine finalizes the process and delivers even higher product safety.
