Description :
1. Extremely rigid cast construction:
(1) The main castings including the bed, column, saddle, and table are constructed from hing quality Meehanite castings.
(2) The casting is calculated by computerized limited ultimate analysis, combined with reasonable structure strength and reinforced ribs to provide high rigidness.
(3) The X.Y.Z axes employ linear guider with the feature of high rigidness, low noise, low friction so that axes can be moved quickly.
(4) The structure of inner spindle head is intensified by ribs. The rate of contact length for spindle head and column is adequate to provide a secure support in spindle.
2.High precision feed device:
(1) The X, Y and Z axis employ high precision ballscrews, coupled with a double nut design for precise traversing.
(2) Direct Motor Drive in all three axes.
(3) The surface accuracy is precisely inspected by laser calibration.
(4) The accurate counter-balance weight ensures services life of ballscrews and machining accuracy.
