Shaft seals: full mnechanical ( silicon carbide / silicon carbide) with secondary lip seal in Tandem. 3. Motor: (1) Permanent split capacitor design for single phase models. (2) Features lower starting currents, while maintaining excellent starting torque. (3) Capacitor is mounted internally- no external start switches or capacitors. (4) Thermol overload is mounted directly on the windings in the single phase models, for maximum temperature sensing. (5) Stator is pressed into the cast iron motor housing for excellent stator alignment and for superior heat transfer from the windings to the fluid being Pumped. 4. Oil-filled provides: (1) Constant Bearing lubrication. (2) Maximum Motor cooling (oil conducts heat from Motor Windings to the Fluids being Pumped). (3) Helps provide even heat distribution, throughout the motor housing, Providing even heat Convection, thus Aiding to eliminate(hot Spots Zones) as experienced in air filled motors, air has a very low Coefficient for transferring heat.
