Description :
1. Bead wire casing: by rolling type, it's no need use crane, operate simply.
2. Bead wire preheating device with 7steps heat temperature, it make rubber coating evenly and good looking.
3. Bead wire grommet extruder drives by AC motor and inverter.
4. Bead Wire reel at cooling drum , it drives with AC motor and inverter, the speed could be adjusted.
5. Bead wire festoon with high & low speed controlled automatically, the festoon speed match with building machine, it reduces working stop of building machine while run out of wire
6. Electrical control system of bead wire building machine drives by AC motor + inverter+ PLC. It has well building efficiently, the quantity is 10 ~ 15pcs in per minute.
7. The bead wire grommet line could equip with single or double building machine, as customer requirement.
