Description :

A. Main conveyor:
1.Bias cutter mechanism welded with □square pipe, which has stable structure and good looking.

2.Single piece imported belt-conveyor with stick-proof material. Keeping nylon cord convey neatly.

3.Cutting traveler with special design which drive by motorization in stably. It differences with traditional actuation by air cylinder so that will be no greasiness.

4.Power sourcing of cutting traveler with safety electric rail which has durable life. The cutting angle set from touch panel and adjusted by motorization, operation simply.

5.Main transmission with servo motor drive, required length of nylon cord cut in high speed and precisely.
B. Back station:
1.Nylon cord let-off and liner cloth wound drive automatically and stably. Nylon cord let-off tension is adjustable.

2.Nylon cord and liner cloth winder with safety chuck which is easy change and security.

3.Nylon cord and liner cloth winding shaft with motorization which is able to rotate in right/reverse direction. Operate simply and conveniently.

4.Auto detection for end of fabric, its auto alarm and stop work.

5.Each banana roll in front and back of festooner to prevent wrinkle and fold on nylon cord.
C. Fabric winding station
1.Splicing & winding table is moveable to position it according to fabric cutting angle able to enhance winding speed and operation smoothly.

2.Cut nylon cord centering device.

3.Liner cloth centering device.
