Description :

PEEK is a type of high-performance thermoplastic polymers, which has the characteristics of high-temperature resistant, anti-chemical corrosion, high strength and toughness. The features of PEEK are listed below:
1. High-temperature resistant: the glass transition temperature is at 143°C, the heat distortion temperature is greater than 300°C (Synthesis Level). Continuous usage temperature can be greater than or equal to 250 °C.
2. Environmental resistance & radiation resistance: PEEK has outstanding chemical corrosion resistance, anti-abrasion, low moisture absorption, resistance to hydrolysis, anti-thermal water fatigue. PEEK can also be resistant to most of the acid-base corrosion.
3. High Mechanical properties: PEEK has a superior rigidity, toughness and wear-resistance. It has good-coated attribute and excellent mechanical processing performance.
4. Electronic features: the insulation grade can up to level H or C.
5. Others: Non-toxic, V-0 flameproof grade (flame-retardant UL-0), non-flammable, less smoke and self-extinguishing.
