Description :
It is used to blow PE(HDPE LDPE) film, which is widely used for laminating film, packing film, agriculture film, film for textile, clothing bag etc. The main motor is controlled by inverter, which not only increase the stability for speed adjustment, but also save 30% energy. Both the screw and barrel adopt 38CrMoAl, with nitrified treatment. The traction frame adopts lifting type to make the best cooling effect no matter how wide the film is. The lines are reasonable in design, beautiful in appearance, compact in structure, saving in space and easy to maintain. Produced films are with the characteristic of good plasticizing, high physical and mechanical，performance, strong tear resistance .Technologies for the linear advanced and forming a complete set is reasonable, so the lines are high in output, low in energy consumption, good in stability and reliability. They are the most ideal technical processing equipment to produce agriculture mulch film in new century.
