*This machine is an automatic 8 spindle bobbin coil winding machine.
*Machine equips with CNC 4-axis AC servo motor transmission system, accuracy position control.
*This machine has installed automatic safety door closing and opening to prevent damage during operation.
*Coil winding machine equips with optional air-cutter or flat cutter for thick wire over 0.3mm to reduce remain wire on pin of bobbin.
*Automatic continuous winding makes cycle times reduce.
*It is equipped with PLC system, touch panel and AC servo motor.
*Parameter (program) set thru PLC system and 10″ touch panel.
*Quickly change tooling is offered in machine, it does not need tools to change it for time saving and keep precision.
*Machine equips with a Nozzle mechanism to rotates the nozzle 0, 90, 120 degrees for wire wrapping (binding) on pin of coil (bobbin) .
*Single wire or Multi-wires (bi-filar ) winding is available.
*Machine can perform perfect layer winding.
*Machine equips with quality mechanism tensioner controls winding quality
*Machine equips with a set of flexible wire gripper, it will not have residual remain wire keeping for cost saving.
*Password function is provided to prevent program from modified by non-related person.
