*Anti-Kickback Fingers
Anti-kickback fingers are built in front of spiral cutterhead, eliminating the danger of panel kickback and ensuring the safety of the operator.
*Precision , Heavy Duty Spiral Cutterhead
-The spiral cutterhead is manufactured from special alloy steel, dynamically balanced for extreme smoothness at high speed running. Spiral slots are precision machined for superior planning effect.
-The spiral slots are fitted with throw-away, four-edge tungsten carbide knife bits.
The knife bits are conveniently replace.
*PLC Sanding Thickness
The conveyor table elevation is controlled by a micro-computer controller. Thickness is digitally displayed for accurate setting.
