★Description
GT-JY Shrinking Machine (8-18 stations) is one popular tubular heater shrinking machine, with integrated cast iron casting bed. Because the rigidity and strength of the cast iron integral casting bed, so it is not easy to deform, which ensures stable use in future.

★Main details
1.Popular station in 12 stations, 16 stations, 18 station.
2.Gearbox can choose uniform speed, or un-uniform speed according to order;
3.Change rollers can reduce different diameters, rollers can choose steel rollers or tungsten carbide rollers.
4.Machine will auto stop if heater blocked.
5.Change molds, can reduce tubes in round, square, flat shapes.
6.Speed can shrink: 17.5 meters / min or according to order.
7.Cast iron as main body of the machine, more stable in long time use.
8.With dust remove device, can add with automatic oil drop cooling device.
9.Single motor can be customized in 0.75-1.5KW according to diameter and order.
10.Machine can be customized with CNC system to control.
