Sleep exhibition recognised as industry leader for showcasing hotel bathroom, spa & wellness innovations

With increased expectation from guests for luxurious style and effortless functionality in hotel bathrooms, spas and wellness amenities, manufacturers continue to innovate with design and technology that elevates the ‘wow’ in hotel projects as well as adding a competitive edge.

Celebrating its 10th edition in 2015, Sleep will open its doors on the 24th and 25th November to the hotel design and development community to reveal an unrivalled exhibition of the finest products by acclaimed international brands, alongside imaginative installations that explore new territories in hotel design and a stimulating conference programme. And, proving its credentials as the UK’s leading annual event for hotel bathroom design and innovation, the Sleep exhibition has just been voted Best Bathroom Exhibition by the Bathroom Manufacturers Association for a third consecutive year.

With increased expectation from guests for luxurious style and effortless functionality in hotel bathrooms, spas and wellness amenities, manufacturers continue to innovate with design and technology that elevates the ‘wow’ in hotel projects as well as adding a competitive edge. Sleep 2015 will bring a host of state-of-the-art UK product launches that are destined for award-winning hotel projects around the world.

German enamelled steel bathroom specialist Bette will launch its ground-breaking BetteLux Shape product range in the UK hotel market, taking inspiration from ‘inside/outside’ constructions in modern architecture by placing the soft and flowing shape of the BetteLux bath and washbasin in an open steel frame.

Leading Swiss bathroom manufacturer Laufen will showcase a variety of new products making their UK debut. Demonstrating the design potential of innovative materials such as SaphirKeramik, one of the highlights from Laufen will be the UK introduction of Val created by the award-winning German designer Konstantin Grcic. Featuring simple architectural lines, it combines extremely slim rims and thin walls with a fine surface structure.

Acclaimed luxury bathroom brand Dornbracht will unveil its CL.1 fitting, marking the start of a new era of design for the company. CL.1 has two striking and innovative features: a new flow pattern that gently immerses the user’s hands in 40 soft, individual jets of water; and unique handles with two different surface textures that give a distinct look and feel. And German bathroom pioneers Hansgrohe will present its smart iSpecify planning tool for architects, designers and space planners, in addition to Select Evolution, a range of showers and controls with an intuitive push-button operation designed to appeal to all ages of hotel guests.

Renowned for being a UK manufacturing success story, Perrin & Rowe will debut at Sleep with its brand new Deco Collection that features a sleek design and handcrafted finishes that highlight the quality and craftsmanship for which the company has become notable. Also from the UK, Victoria + Albert Baths will be getting back to nature at Sleep as they create a luxury hotel bathroom using the very best natural materials. The brand will be showcasing the Mandello 114 handcrafted vanity made with European hardwoods like cherry and beech as well as their signature Volcanic Limestone material, QUARRYCAST.

Sleep founder sponsor GROHE returns for a tenth consecutive year and will be displaying a variety of award-winning, beautiful designs all incorporating the company’s innovative technologies. GROHE will also once again host the invitation-only luxury VIP Business lounge. Other companies showcasing their latest products at Sleep 2015 are: Crosswater, Kaldewai, RAK Ceramics, Roca, Roman Showers, Sottini, Stella, TOTO Europe and VitrA.
