    IoT pushes system integration in new generation smart buildings

    The concept of smart buildings has been tossed around over the last few years; however, due to the difficulty in integrating and optimizing building structures, systems, services, and management — the things that make a smart building, it was not able to achieve a high degree of market penetration. Now, as the Internet of Things (IoT) becomes more advanced and security requirements grow, demand for smart buildings can be seen in several market applications.

Healthy and comfortable environment ?The HVAC system can regulate indoor environments via automatic heating, cooling, and ventilating of the building by determining the number of occupants inside the building, and the temperature outside ? By detecting outside temperature and daylight exposure, the lighting control system can automatically regulate lighting by adjusting electronic blinds and lights customized to the user’s requirements ? Users can conserve energy by programming lighting and HVAC systems to be switched on or off according to user schedule
