Description :
VC600 is a tester designed to test the clamping voltage of TVS device. Max peak power is 1500W. Test wave form is 10 x 1000uS pulse or square wave plus (1mS max). Both unipolar and bipolar TVS device can be tested.

1. Large 40 char x 16 line LCD display. 2. Real contact resistance value test. 3. Test items include: VF, VC(clamping voltage). 4. 10*1000 uS or square wave pulse(1mS max) selectable. 5.
