FR-6004 TRR tester is a reverse recovery time tester for fast recovery diode. It is designed to easily interface to auto machinery. The test result can be classified to 7 bins (Bin1 ~ 5, Nogo, Open). Test condition data settings are entered from front panel 5 x 5 keyboard.
