Linesoon Industrial Co., LTD. was founded in Anna District, Tainan City in 1981. The company mainly produces and exports automatic transmission parts. The company has always been pursuing the goal to become a world-class supplier. In the past 25 years, Linesoon has gradually moved step by step through building Quality system, improving development and manufacture capability, information management and resource integration.

With the growth of business, the company was aware of how important quality is to be an international supplier. The first quality control system and storage management was introduced to Linesoon in 1991, furthermore, ISO 9002 certificated by BSI in 1998, QS-9000 certificated by UL in 2001, and TS-16949 certificated by UL in 2004. The company also keeps learning advanced technology and equipment, such as vibration welding technique, laser cut machine to expand and improve the manufacture capability, and largely applied automatic machine to obtain efficient and fast production with stable quality.

Since 2000, the company has moved to Tainan county for the production expansion purpose and business strategy. To have the best efficiency, the company also have built ERP system to integrate all the resources to optimize the company operation. In 2005, the company started its electronic division and dedicates to the development of electronic parts for transmission.

Currently, Linesoon has been a company with 300 employees, diligently working for customers. It also has a 6400 square meters plant specialized in band production. The advanced plan of expansion is processing to provide higher capability for the future projected need. The company will keep moving on and pursuing the goal to be a world class supplier for both global OEM and AM vehicle industry.

* OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)- We offer not only manufacture original part but also design service.

* Automatic Transmission Filter/ Filter Kit- The filtration capability is usually an important index for filters thus the quality of filtration medium is critical. To ensure the filtrating quality, we use the filtration paper as the same as used in OE for all our filters. In the pursuit of the best quality filters, we further implement various tests to verify and ensure the filters with high performance and long life use.

* Electronic Part- As electronic auto transmission has become the trend in industry, the usage of electronic parts in transmissions is increasing. To provide the best quality parts, stability, accuracy, and toughness are especially concerned in our electronic product development. We are not only to make OE compatible parts but always has the faith to beyond OE. Our product line includes HARNESS, SOLENOID, PSM, CIRCUIT BOARD, PRESSURE SENSOR, and SPEED SENSOR, All the products are under 100% inspection before delivery to guarantee the best quality.

* Band- Over 30 years experience of making band provides us sophisticated technologies & knowledge. It has led us to be the expert of making bands in the market. We supply various types of band such as double wrap, flex, and brake band for both OE and AM. For the request of top quality, we select qualified liners carefully as the friction material and also implement free wheeling test and friction test to verify the functional and dimensional fitness to ensure a lower drag and a longer life use in our bands.

* One Way Clutch- It is a functional part mounting between the inner race and outer race to transmit the torque in one rotating direction or rotate freely to shut off the torque in the reverse direction. Thus torque tests such as rollover test, stroking durability test, and free wheeling test are implemented in our one way clutch to ensure well function and quality.
