Specification :
1. Category temperature range: -40 ~ +105℃ 2. Rated voltage range: 6.3 ~100 V.DC 3. Capacitance tolerance: ±20%(M)(25℃，120Hz) 4. Leakage current (MAX): 1≦0.01CV or 3 μA whichever is greater (After 3 minutes application of reted voltage). 5. Dissipation factor (MAX): (1) Rated voltage: 6.3, 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 63, 100. (2) Tanδ: 0.22, 0.19, 0.16, 0.14, 0.12, 0.10, 0.08, 0.08. (120Hz 25℃) (3) Whan rated capacitance is over 1000 μ F, tanshall be added 0.02 to the listed value with increase of every 1000 μF. 6. Load Life: (1) After applying reted voltage with rated ripple current for 2000 hrs at 105℃, the capacitor shall meet the following requirements. (2) Capacitance change: within ±20% of the initial value. (3) Dissipation factor: not more than 200% of the specified value. (4) Leakage current: not more than the specified value. 7. Shelf life: (1) After applying no rated voltage for 1000hrs at 105℃ , pre-treatment for measurements shall be conducted after application of DC rated voltage for 60 minutes (Reference standard JIS C5102 4.4). The capacitors shall meet the following requirement. (2) Capacitance change: within ±20% of the initial value. (3) Dissipation factor: not more than 200% of the specified value. (4) Leakage current: not more than the specified value. 8. Surge voltage: (1) Rated voltage: 6.3, 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 63, 100. (2) Surge voltage: 8, 13, 20, 32, 44, 63, 79, 125. 9. Low temperature (stability): 120Hz. (1) Rated voltage: 6.3, 10, 16, 25, 35, 50, 63, 100. (2) Z(-25℃) / Z(25℃): 4, 3, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2.
