Feather:
A. Main conveyor:
1. Bias cutter mechanism welded with square pipe, which has stable structure and good looking.
2. With import commodity stick-proof material of belt-conveyor by multi-belts side by side arrangement match with sliding mechanism, It makes nylon cord sliding in smoothly.
3. Special design of cutting traveler which drives by motorization with stably. It differences with traditional action by air cylinder, so it could prevent oil pollution.
4. Power sourcing of cutting traveler with safety electric rail, it has long life. The cutting angle adjusted by motorization, operation simply.
5. Whole set traveler could be adjusted in front and rear moving with motorization, to match sliding action smoothly of nylon cord,
6. Main transportation with special drive, the nylon cord cutting position fixed in accuracy & cutting action in high speed.
B. Back station:
1. Nylon cord and liner winding automatically, it has stable transport, nylon cord let-off tension is adjustable.
2. Nylon cord and liner winder with safety chuck, it replaces fast and easily.
3. Nylon cord and liner winding shaft drives by motorization, it could be operated in right and reverse rotary, operation simply.
4. With auto detect for end of fabric, auto alarm and stop working.
5. Each piece of bent roll in front and rear of festooner, it can prevent waste of nylon cord by wrinkling.
C. collection station:
1. Nylon cord sliding from stainless steel plate to staff working table after cutting.
2. Splicing nylon cord will be conveyed to festooner with auto winding.
