Lian Ming Machine Co., Ltd was founded in 1987. We have professional production experiences of precision mold design and stamping for over 20 years. The main production line is the IC packages with heat sinks at the moment. In the future, Lian Ming plans to continue expanding the custom production services.

In order to provide the high quality, lower prices, faster delivery of products and services, we have used the Swiss precision wire cutting machine and Germany, Japan, Taiwan well-known brand precision punching machine. For enhance the quality of production lines and quality control, Lian Ming through the ISO quality assurance certification in 1999 and 2008. And we implement the various management and system, so that the internal quality and quantity can be balanced.
